The Booking Process

To start simply get in touch with us, this can be via phone, email or contact form. Our team will be delighted to chat through your wedding plans and once they have gathered the required information, they can put together an initial quotation.

After receiving the initial quotation the next will be for our team to take a look at the site on which the marquee is being installed. This will allow us to check access to site, the ground levels and chat through any other site specific details with you.

Once the site meeting is completed two sets of plans will be drawn up. One floor plan will show the internal layout of the marquee, the other plan will be overlayed onto a satellite image and show the marquee on site. We will also annotate other areas of importance such as the guest route to and from the car park, the drinks reception area, toilet location, generator location etc.

Once the site meeting has been completed it will be time to focus on the all important little details! An amended quotation (if required) will be sent across with site specific changes and any other small changes that have been discussed in the meantime.

In order to reserved your date, stock etc we require a deposit payment. Once the deposit payment is received we do remain flexible and changes can still be made to your order (subject to our stock availability).
